A whole host of companies including HEG, Zee Entertainment, TVS Srichakra, among others will be reacting to their corporate actions during the upcoming week, mostly for the dividend announcement they had made earlier. Some of the companies will also be adjusting for their spin-offs and demergers as well.

Here's a complete list of those companies:

Monday, September 7: The only major corporate action is the adjustment of HEG, which will have its record date for the demerger of its two separate entities, HEG Advanced Materials and HEG Graphite Ltd. HEG Advanced Materials will make its stock market debut today, while HEG Graphite will list within the next 45 days.

Tuesday, September 8: Companies such as APL Apollo Tubes (Final Dividend of ₹8.5 per share), Globus Spirits (Final Dividend of ₹6.53), and KDDL (Final Dividend of ₹8) will trade ex-dividend. Additionally, TVS Holdings' Scheme of Arrangement for issuing 46 6% cumulative convertible redeemable preference shares for every one equity share will be recorded on this date.

Wednesday, September 9: Force Motors (Dividend of ₹50), Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals (Final Dividend of ₹21), and Travel Food Services (Dividend of ₹10.25) will trade ex-dividend.

Thursday, September 10: Apex Frozen Foods (Final Dividend of ₹2.5), Power Mech Projects (Final Dividend of ₹1.5), TVS Srichakra (Final Dividend of ₹37.8), and Zee Entertainment (Final Dividend of ₹2) will adjust to their corporate actions on the penultimate trading day of the week.
